How long can I keep my BullBag? FOREVER!
TIP: Each BullBag is backed by our Manufacturer Lifetime Warranty. When the BullBag Wranglers come by for the scheduled pick up after your project, they can either roll it up for you to store or reset it for immediate reuse.
If we see that your BullBag is damaged, the BullBag Wrangler will replace it with another one right on the spot for you. That’s what we call No Bull Service!
Can I put the BullBag in my garage? YES!
TIP: We recommend if you need to have the BullBag in your garage that you sprinkle rice, sand, popcorn, macaroni, etc so that when your BullBag Wrangler slides the bag out, friction doesn’t negatively affect the bag … and it makes for easy cleanup. You will be asked to sign a waiver allowing our driver to slide the bag out of your garage.
Can I put the Bull Bag behind a fence? ABSOLUTELY!
TIP: As long as we have 24′ of reach to retrieve the bag (from the center of the truck). We can also pick it up from the top of stone walls, ledges, or behind hedges! You will be asked to sign a waiver allowing our driver to pull up alongside the fence if it is not adjacent to the public road.
Does BullBag empty bags inside gated communities and HOAs? YES!
TIP: If you are facing a time window that could result in fines or admonation from your management board please reach out to the BullBag team prior to setting up the bag and discuss the requirements with us. We do this every day so are able to assist you with placement, speaking with the board or management company, etc. Our GOAL is to empty BullBags within 2-3 business days in most areas, but sometimes weather, traffic, or unforseen issues make this not possible. When interacting with both of these groups, it’s all about communication and expectations and we have learned that our reaching out to them goes a long way to preventing bad feelings, fines and unhappy neighbors. Let us help you!
Can BullBag empty the contents of a BullBag if it is not at the curb?
TIP: If you place your bag somewhere on your property that requires a BullBag driver to enter your property and drive on your grass, gravel, dirt, driveway, etc, you will likely be requested to sign a waiver prior to our driver leaving the public road. Please note though. that if the waiver is not executed, you may be either required to relocate your bag to the curbside for our driver to empty. If the disposal request is cancelled as a result of a waiver not being signed, a ‘dry run’ fee of $145 will be assessed and subtracted from your refund.
Roofing contractors suggestion – from Roofers to Roofers!
Want to reduce your clean-up work? Current Roofing customers recommend installing your scaffolding around the house and setting up BullBags at the gutter line on the scaffolding or at the base of it. BullBag trucks can pick up and empty your BullBags right from the scaffold to eliminate damage to landscaping, siding, windows, etc that are typically associated with roofing projects. No more needing to clean up nails and debris from shrubs or lawns!
*Please note that if you place your BullBag in a location that can not be serviced due to not adhering to bag placement instructions, you may be asked to offload it into another bag. If this is not requested and your bag needs to be slid along the ground service, you will be required to sign a waiver that our team will provide. Any questions please call 866-414-2855 and we can assist with any questions you have.
*Please note that concrete, brick, dirt, sand, masonry, tile, roofing, shingles, etc can only be filled to 20 inches high. Should your BullBag be filled over this height, you may be asked to offload it into another bag and you will be responsible for the additional bag content disposal price.
